How to re-subscribe to AromaNish after the cancellation?

To subscribe to AromaNish after the cancellation, please make sure you follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account

2. Go to the your plan settings 

3. Re subscribe to the Plan

How to know about my payment’s acceptance?

Whenever you make a payment, you receive an immediate notification about it via e-mail or text message if you have activated this in your bank account notification settings.

How can I change my invoice’s billing data?

You can change your invoice’s billing data, please send an email to [email protected] we will do it instantly.

How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription from monthly to yearly and vice versa?

We suggest you to get annual subscription to avail our exclusive discounts and special promotions. However, if, for any reasons, like to upgrade your monthly or downgrade your yearly subscription, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will act at your request ASAP.

How often can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

It is your decision and we always respect your decision. For further information read our “How to upgrade/downgrade my plan?” article.

I signed up for the Trial but decided not to use it

AromaNish’s 14-day trial will automatically disable the projects and campaigns as soon as it expires, whether you use it or not. However we send you an email to choose a plan a few days before your campaigns are deactivated.

How to know which plan is the best for you and your business?

While choosing the right plan, we suggest our customers to know their website’s average traffic and their goals and targets. This strategy helps them to select the right plan for them.

How can I purchase a plan?

  • Select the plan
  • Provide your Billing Address
  • Select a payment method

Please note:  currently, we accept online bank transfer and all payments are processed securely

  • Provide your card details and confirm the order

Please note: Before confirming the order, you have to read and accept our Terms and Conditions.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of your subscription period. But don’t worry: you can cancel your plan any time before it renews. Once the transaction is complete, your plan will be active.

Where to check my payment status and download the invoices?

You can easily check your payment status and download your invoices in your account.

  • Click on your email address in the top right corner and then on “Settings”
  • Under “Invoice history”, you will see the list of completed transactions and you can also download your previous invoices here

Change my account password

You can change your password easily within your account.

  • Click on the e-mail address and then on the Settings  -> Change password option
  • Provide your Current password and then a new password -> confirm it -> click on the “Save” button and accept the change.

What is a monthly/yearly recurring payment?

Recurring means “over and over”. We use recurring monthly or yearly payment method. It is a convenient way of payment for the service in case you are using online banking. You are charged automatically by our system at the first day of a given period. If, you set recurring payment in your online banking account it will keep your plan active as long as you don’t cancel it.

Is my data secured?

Yes, we can assure you that your data is 100% secured as we host it on the https server. No one else other than the administrators of the accounts can access the data, so you should not worry about it.

What is the benefit of the annual subscription?

The yearly price includes 20% discount as you get 2 months free when you sign up for an annual subscription.

How Will I Be Charged?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

What Happens if I Don’t Use All the Funds I Add to the Site?

You can contact us and we’ll transfer your balance back to you.

Can I Send Offers to Writers?

Yes. Just visit their profile and you’ll find an option to send them an offer.
