explain all the aspects of human psychology, defined in Classical Conditioning theory? How it helps develop a positive behavioral attitude.

Human psychology is as diverse as the universe. Just like as the universe has no limits as is the case with human psychology it is impossible to explain all the aspects of human psychology explained under the umbrella of classical conditioning theory.
The school of thought that coined this theory along with operant conditioning belongs to Behaviorism introduced in the field by J B Watson, E L Thorndike, and Ivan Pavlov. Ivan Pavlov a Russian surgeon and a Nobel laureate experimented on his dogs under laboratory conditions that sometimes when the unconditional stimulus has not presented the production of saliva in dog mouth increased that was amazing for him that just a few cues can produce the same impacts that actual stimulus in this case food could produce.
His insights helped in shaping the behaviors of animals as well as human subjects. It can be used for positive outcomes like eliminating bad habits but it can be used as a brainwashing tool too. However, here it is obvious that it will be explained in how it helps develop a positive behavioral attitude.
The main aspect of human psychology in the theory are:
- Repetition in human subjects’ repetition is not necessary but important to establish an association with good behavior.
- Reward on the positive attitude
- No reward on the negative attitude
- Consistency in the reward system
- Extinction can happen so it is better to have followed ups for the behaviors.
- Interest in the program
- Motivation
- Positive reinforcement
- No criticism during the learning process
These and much more are those important aspects of classical conditioning theory that can make a good difference in the attitude of a human being if properly implemented by the professionals. Classical conditioning is still used in different student counseling and parental training programs worldwide.
