Try to use:
- Times New Roman with font size 12
- Shorter paragraphs maximum 3-4 sentences
- Every article has start, body, and conclusion
- Avoid repeatition
- One question at a time, its answer then second and so on
- Hyperlink any tag but never highlight or bold it
- Use tags just once in the paragraph
- Avoid using same tag in two consective paras
- Give some space like two or three paras between tags
- CTA or call to action should be at last
- Logic with emotions. Just emotions are dangerous for copy as well content writing
- Try to use active voice rather than passive
- Use Grammetical checkers online to see grammar and plagerism
- Singular and plural wisely
- Pronoun instead of repeatition of same names
- Avoid numeric 1-9 expression in the article e.g., 24/7 write all day
- Try to be conversational and talk to one person preferably use “you” it makes engaement between you and the reader
- If you are going to delever as an individual blogger or marketer you will use “I” if you want to represent a business you will use “We” but on consistent bases.
- I have edited We into I but if you need to change it change it it will look awesome in both types. But it should be followed in whole article.
- Try to describe one thing/item in one paragraph it will be short and concise and it will help customer/reader get you point fast
